Overall had relaxing stay than on my previous visit. The accommodation had a central location in close proximity to alot of popular attractions. The staff was exceptionally nice and consistently courteous, the room was huge.

Beautifully designed rooms with great amenities.
First, I was woken up at 5:15 AM by loud housekeeping staff in the parking lot. The breakfast was disappointing. The bacon was overly greasy and the hash browns were overcooked. I can't believe how overpriced this hotel is, especially given the mornings filled with noise and the lackluster food options.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the amazing drinks at the rooftop lounge and the fresh water bottles stocked in my room daily. The outdoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxation after my busy days. Just a heads up, the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

R Hotel's rooftop restaurant had me feeling blessed with every bite! The Jamaican breakfast was on point, giving me all the flavors I needed. Staff were super friendly too-shout out to Charmaine, she made dining even better! I also loved the spacious room with that comfy king-size bed and the fast service from the team when needed.
Had a little bit of a mix-up with the incidentals charge, which left me feeling uneasy. That and the lukewarm hot water for tea were minor hiccups but don't dampen the overall vibe of the stay!
